Welcome to the Law Office of Rebecca O’Connor, serving the greater Austin area. We do things differently around here.
We offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. These “weird” office hours and virtual appointments allow us to keep our costs down and allow us to better serve our clients who do not have daytime scheduling flexibility or who would otherwise have to secure childcare just to meet with their attorney.
We offer will and trust signings in our convenient Mueller location.

Rebecca O’Connor, J.D.
Rebecca started her career as an elementary music teacher, but her love for the law lured her away to law school where she discovered the excitement of legislative lawmaking. After spending a decade writing legislation, Rebecca switched her practice to Estate Planning. This change in practice was inspired by the death of her mother who passed without a will. This tragedy reinforced for Rebecca the importance of quality estate planning for everyone, not just the wealthy.
Pro Bono work is a fundamental part of Rebecca’s practice. She volunteers her time through the state bar and through local bar associations.
In her spare time, Rebecca serves as a volunteer usher for the Long Center and Texas Performing Arts. She also spends a great deal of her time trying to convince her husband that running a chihuahua petting zoo would be a worthwhile venture.
